Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

TechintheBasket offers Free Shipping (No Minimums) to Australia / New Zealand for all orders, and we typically use Australia post or Aramex for delivery.

Please note that orders are processed within 24 to 72 working hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Once your item is shipped, please allow an additional 6 - 12 working days for delivery.

Liability of the Courier

Please note that for Free Shipping orders, the courier company may only cover physical loss or damage of the goods during transport, subject to the maximum liability specified in the service terms. We assume no liability and are not responsible for delays that occur after delivery. Delays can occasionally occur due to uncontrollable factors during shipping. However, at TechintheBasket, we will do our utmost to ensure that shipments arrive in perfect condition and on time.

**Please also note that if you receive a damaged or tampered package, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we will assume that the package has been received in good condition and we will not accept any further claims for damage or tampering.**

 

Insurance

For Insured Shipping and Rush Insured Shipping orders, TechintheBasket will cover the physical loss or damage of the goods by the courier up to the product value. Customers may receive a replacement or refund of the product price if the following conditions are met in the event of suspected loss:

The conditions listed below must be met in order to receive a replacement or a refund of the product price, in case of suspicion that the goods have been lost.

1) The claim must be made within 10 calendar days * after the tracking number has been sent via email or ticket system.

2) Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or other related party.

* In case the claim is made only after 10 calendar days, we can not guarantee 100% that the courier will accept the investigation.

 

In addition, the following conditions must be met to receive a replacement or refund of the product price:

1) The claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, via email or our ticket system. Proof of loss or damage must be provided in the form of pictures of the packaging, including the inside and outside of the packaging, courier packaging, bubble wrap, and the product.

2) Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or other related party is required.

* Please note that if we do not receive a claim within 48 hours of delivery, we will assume that the package has been received in good condition and no further claims will be accepted.

 

Packing station and restrictions for certain addresses

We currently do not offer delivery to post office boxes, hotels/motels, or cargo depots.

 

Weekend Orders

Orders placed after Friday or the weekend will be processed the next working day.
