Change of mind returns

We offer a return for a refund or exchange product when you have changed your mind.

Please make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

- unused (with any tags still attached)

- in original packaging and all accessories included

- in a resealable condition

 

***Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs on returning the item(s).***

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 days when we receive the goods.

 

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Please always remember to record an unboxing video when you receive the item.

If you find a TechintheBasket product(s) to be dead on arrival (DOA), due to a manufacturer’s fault within 48 hours of receiving the product, you are definitely eligible for a return. If more than 1 month has passed since your product's shipping date or if the product is damaged, please visit our Warranty page.

 

Faulty items

When you purchase TechintheBasket's product(s), you will have the TechintheBasket warranty. The duration of the seller’s warranty is for 12 months.

Before returning the product(s), please provide the following information via [email protected] first.

- Order ID must be included 

- Photos of the front and back of the packing box (including the barcode)

- Photos of the defective item

- A video that shows the issues

 

Things to note

-  Due to Health and Hygiene issues, personal and health care products (shavers, facial massagers, etc.), headphones and earphones are excluded from our 14 days Return Policy.

 If you are returning unused and unopened goods due to a change of mind, we will not refund the delivery fee and you must pay for us to pick up the Goods. If goods are unused but have been unpacked we may, at our absolute discretion, accept the return of the goods in the event of a change of mind provided they are in perfect condition. However, in such cases we will not refund the delivery fee, you must pay for us to pick up the goods and we will apply a restocking fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price.

- Any cameras where the Shutter Count exceeds 30 are not qualified.

- If you're returning a DVD, music, or software product, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

- If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.

- Any Apple products that have been activated due to quality checking or exporting requirements will not be eligible for return for a replacement under our 14 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy as the item is brand new and original.

- We might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was supplied by us.

- Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.
